Dear brothers and sisters, This is just a curosity, and I know some of you are also wondering about this concern too. President Kiir has/have visited US several times on different ocassion.
What does his visits means to us the Southern Sudanese who are living in the US, and for our brothers and sisters who are suffering in the heat wave in Juba job hunting, and they could find any position because jobs are being offered on kinship basis. Or jobs are not created due money luandrying.
Why shouldn't he tours or speaks out to us about what he is doing to maintain peace in South Sudan, and what policy he has put in place to revive these broken regions of the enitre South Sudan?
I know we are trying very hard working to bring changes to our country, and the local people, but we expect more ecouragement from our President.
What is wrong with this man? where does he stands in term of development of the country? Roads are still in chaos, schools are not built, no proper clinics, soldiers are not being paid on regular monthly basis, give me a break Mr. President. This is what would be termed as corruption, and of course it is a corruption.
I think we need to hear from him once he visit the States because we are the people that he is leading, and we must hear from his own mouth.
I would be more than happy if we can stress our mind (s) on this piece of discussion. Please any comments and clarifications are welcomed.
And thank you.

Thank you brother Manyok. Yes are doing fine so far. Yes I absolutely understand what your clues would be regarding our president Mr, Kiir Mayardit.
It has been my point of concern because, we would love to hear him saying something to all the South Sudanese citizens in the United States.
I thought everybody may have the same concern as I'm that is why I posted this topic for discussion. i just want to see where rest of our brothers and sisters stand on this topic. Peace be to you and all our brothers and sisters around the globe.

Dear Ngeth Nhiany,
I believe the South Sudan still in danger no matter what the radical regime left South-Sudan. I always think day and night what will change our country into better shape that all citizens can enjoy the freedom of right. South-Sudan is one of the best nations in the entire of Eastern Africa. I believe the mental of war drain people toward selfless without best offers for change in the nation. I see the government of South-Sudan rely only oil benefit to pay them-selves without other, alternative to develop important things like’s roads, school, hospitals, military and many important things we needed for further help for other next generation in South. I identify chronic suffering for our people made them selfless to help themselves. There are too many ministers in the GOSS, who have nothing to do only to get salaries.
So, to answer your point of view why President Kiir Mayardit moves up and down making too many trips to U.S., I think he needs to gain momentum from U.S. Government. That is a reason I think and is not bad choice to trip to U.S. The problem he lost the momentum from young generations of Sudan, those who living in exile. I remember late Garang, whenever, he was tripped he like to talk to his people in exile. Kiir don’t have that moral idea to unite the country under his leadership. The leadership of Mr. Kiir is in dilemma if I measured. Also, Kiir confined himself with too opportunists, who need only benefit, but they have no vision to change the country. I myself I have doubt toward Kiir leadership. Leader you need to be strong with your own ideas, but not people under you, who can drive you like car that is wrong concept.
Also, I never heard Kiir supporting the indictment of Radical Omar al-Bashir, who lost the lives of 2.9 million people of South, North, and Darfur in Western Sudan who lost 300,000 civilians killed within six years of war. I know Kiir was struggled in the bush like us and still associated with this criminal in eyes of the world. That is a great mistake Kiir demoted us all Southerners in exile and home without supporting the indictment of this man.
I don’t have clue where he moves in term of development in South-Sudan, I sees the man confined himself with ill visionaries and reactionaries in his cabinet. When, I checked his Cabinet he built himself with less acting members. I believe there is no good rehabilitation accepts Kiir leadership drain out. In your leadership doesn’t mean you put people around you and listen to them and laugh with them all the time, then you will be become a good leader, which is wrong concept. The best leadership you have good ideas with your own vision to frame the work and make it to success, but not less act then people blames you later. Take example from late Garang, it does meant Garang was better leader in the SPLA/M, but his commitment he was applied in wartime without defected away or sold the country to North. He was died, but people still remember him for his leadership he was maintained the vision of the country. I know there is no best leader in the world, but the leader with brave mind is best leader for his people. The leader with no ideas or decisions make then entire nation will be suffering behind him.
I believe the leadership of Wen Mayardit is too dangerous to follow by free thinkers. That why the intellectuals don’t go along with him, because he confines him with dangerous people who will put him later on fire. If you are leader you don’t need to rely from ideas you gain outside. If you do that your leadership must be in comma. I do believe I myself Kiir leadership is in dilemma without questionable. Why I said that, I know him very well than any person in our Movement the man of few words sometime is the problem, if you judge that. I know him during war his battalions always lost the battle. We all need to judge the person according to his characteristics but not only words to get person full.
So, I disapprove him there is no change in that leadership who gain ideas from outside without anything from his mind. We will suffer, but we will recover later in some years back if the new leadership comes up in South-Sudan. I’m not sound here I don’t like Kiir, but I’m worries for my people in South-Sudan to get someone they can believe in with his/her ideas.
No man is above the law and no man under it. The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men do what he wants done, any self- restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it. Mr. Kiir confined himself with less knowledgeable leaders aiming to gain and go away later.
