why are Bor people raiding themselves?

Cattle raiding is a traditonal practice in Murle, and sometimes in Nuer. Bor rarely raided any community, but in recent years there have been significant number of raiders from Bor. They don't protect themselves from raiders from other communities, i.e to protect what they already have, but they make unsuccessful attempts to raid their neighbouring communities. Bad news; Buor have started to raid themselves. I know Bor is not holy community that's free from all sorts of bad behaviours including killing, but raiding among Bor has not been in large scale. There are usually individual thefts, and most violences occur over girls or cattle camps/Toch etc between clans, but not over cattle raiding. Now, there is organised raiding which is a great concern. All counties of Bor have been living peacefully. If there are strong men in Bor that can raid, why can't they organise themselves to protect their cattle against external raiders until there will be a government powerful enough to protect all people and their property in the state or country. Hello Maper, It is shameful to hear since we never heard such kind of embarrassing from Bor community rapid looting turn to each other. It is not dumfounding in Bor history. I believe Bor isn’t Bor, it is just name remained. So, my momentums turn a way from such act less. Governor Kuol will see those looters roaming in the bush turn to be raiders in Borland. It is after him to solve such beset. Manyok
