THE APPOINTMENT OF RIGHT PERSON LT.GEN KUOL MANYANG JUUK CHAW,S TO THE RIGHT POSITION IS THE TOTAL SALVATION OF OUR MARCHING CPA,SPLM. 

The GOSS and SPLM leadership, Government of Jonglei state, SPLM secretariat of state and whole community of our state and All people of Southern Sudan, I greet you in the our historic GOSS/SPLM Party of National Spirit.

Bravo, Bravo to our dear patriotic leader and brilliant military commander-in- chief of the SPLA the first LT.Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit, first vice president of the republic of Sudan, president of the Government of South Sudan GOSS, chairman and Commander-in-chief of SPLM/SPLA on his open-minded appointment of the right person to the right position in our so long suffering Jonglei State. This appointment was come as the part of our deepest joint-hearts Spirit of Nationalist people of our state who were invited our great man and father Mr. Kuol Manyang to visiting the state last week. As you know my dear people of Jonglei, when your hearts or consciences are demanded something to be doing in body without pronounced this out, The Government Leaders are the part of the God guardians and Messengers who will observes always the minds and hearts of the people for what they wanted Authority to be do to them.

 The Spirit of Jonglei Suffering community was choice Kuol Manyang as our new Governor of Jonglei State, not Salva Kiir alone or Bor and Jonglei Intellectualist. May we joint our hearts and soul to bring peace and reconciliation to our suffering citizens? The deepest wounded of tribal conflict and more frequent losses and bloodshed always in Jonglei State were caused a lot of controversy among Nuer, Bor and Anyuak people and GOSS/SPLM to bring changes in the area through replaced the former Governor with the new Stronger one yesterday.

 Since the signing of the CPA on January 9, 2005 in Nairobi National Stadium in Kenya between the Arab Muslims North long-lasting dominated National Congress Party and down- and out blacks Christian and animist South of the SPLM/SPLA.

When the CPA was signed, most of the southerners citizens were expected that CPA is finalized every black southerners grievances and long-lasting suffering blacks Sudanese people will be open the new page for peace and reconciliation and unity in their land and the unity of southern people will be crucial to achieves them the objectives of SPLM /CPA document through leading them to referendum voting for Self-determination of Southern Sudan from Arab North in 2011.

This step was not understood and implemented by our rests of Southerners who were still attached themselves to the Arab powers for the aim of undermined the progress of his people and land, The words oppression under the Northern Sudanese plagiarism regimes, marginalization, discrimination, religious politics, exploitation are still not enough to them and that is why they are always incited southern citizens against each other as we saw in our state and other parts of the south since the formation of all governments in National, Southern and State levels. But our Arab and Islamic plagiarism and anarchist leaders are still going ahead with their long- lasting military and political dismantling of the CPA document as they were done to Addis Ababa Peace Accord of 1972.

The dismantling of the Addis Ababa accord was the main reason who stir up another most powerful guerrilla and protracted armed struggle war between Arab Muslims North and Black Christian South in 1983- 2005. Our Northern partners hoping to undermine this peace by all means, but our Strongest Political Party SPLM will never let the right of his people to be taken again by Northern and that is why it appointed the Kuol Manyang Juuk, former Minister for Roads ,Transport and Bridges in National Unity Government for the aim of create the new climate to Jonglei citizens from exacerbation situation they faced since the establishment of the state government in October 2005 under the outgoing Governor Brigadier His excellence Philip Thon Leek Deng, disarmament were carried out in some parts of the state at the end of 2005 and whole of 2006 in the areas of Bor, Nuer, Anyuak, but the former Murle Milpitas forces of Pibor Defenses Forces were remained un-disarmament since this long and this was led to the caused of aggravated insecurity and instability in the above mentioned land or counties.

The frequencies Murle militias attacks on Bor,Lou Nuer and Anyuak,s cattle’s camps were let the local communities of these counties to put their most blamed to Former Governor and Commissioners for their failing to applied the same rule to Murle during last years disarmament. The Arab Murle accomplice cattle’s camps raiders were resulted with many losses of lives, child abductions, rural displacement to the urban centre’s for hoped to find safety and education, as we witnessed in Akobo death of 56 peoples in both sides and Bor counties also within three months are reached around 74 peoples died in Murle attacks plus more numbers of Child Abductees.

 These are total exacerbation condition to the government of Jonglei and his people. They let the shout and call the GOSS and Kuol Manyang last weeks for emergency and quick deployment of the SPLA Troop or send it to be carrying out the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programmed in the Murle Territory. The appointment of Mr. Manyang was satisfying me when I heard it in my radio in Omdurman Arabic news at 9: pm night time and today morning at 7: am and websites of Jonglei and Southern Sudan also.

I congratulating and appreciate the strongest leadership of the /GOSS/SPLM under the LT.Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit on his appointed us the man of the peoples, the man of National Spirit, Justice, Action and diligent Ruler of Jonglei peoples who will lead his peoples with Justice government within the time of interim period. May God Blessing the families of GOSS and Jonglei state on your open-minded studied of the attitude and vision of legitimate leaders who will uphold the progress of Southern Sudan tomorrow in 2009 First historic General election and 2011 referendum voting. Mr. Manyang: stand up and bring peace, reconciliation and unity to your Jonglei seeds of the future for the sake and love of the land and her people, stand firm behind Mayardit always in the days of your rules, give him brilliant advices of strengthen our historic Government to able to lead the Southerners out from Arab Self-assured long- lasting neglect.

 Mayardit : Stand up also by appointing upright peoples to your Government of all level for the aim of strengthen you, stand firm behind Mr. Manyang, the one mostly of the South reactionaries politicians was challenged so much as your first stronger one in your military and politic who gave you a lot of support words. You was applied the Proverb of the Arab who said ( Kutu dhool el munasif fi makaamn el munasif) means put the right person to the right post for the aim of historic achievement in the future. “May us Peoples of Jonglei state stand up to welcome and salute the SPLM New Governor of Jonglei State Mr. Kuol Manyang Juuk to be assuming his new historic post with the Blessings of his people wherever we are". My answer is going back the beginning of the Movement in 1983, Mr. Manyang was joined the Bunga military training centre, Koryom Division in 1984, and graduated with Bilpam Battalion and fought the Arab fiercely in Jokou remote town until he got his first wound, from there he was transferred to Bor Zonal Military Command and assumed the zonal in 1986, he crackdown all the crimes against objectives of our movement.

WHY AND HOW THE APPOINTMENT OF MR MANYANG IS IMPORTANT TO JONGLEI STATE:

  1. He will healing the deepest wounded among Jonglei citizens through promotion of peace, reconciliation and unity. 2. He will encourage the disarmament of local tribes, s guns for the aim of improving the lives of the state. 3. He will encourage the coming back homes of the ready Internal Displaced Persons and Refugees in neighboring countries who were blocked by the insecurity of the state. 4. He will led to the smoothly implementation of all levels Interim Constitutions in the State. 5. He will encourage the development of physical infrastructures in the state. 6. He will’s promoting the unity of Jonglei intellectualist of various parties to join the SPLM of his governs diligently. 7. He will be promoting the stronger SPLM/CPA awareness to the grassroots citizens after achieving peace and Reconciliation in the state. 8. Mr. Manyang also will encourage education in the state as he done it in the past years of war. 9. He will welcome the Diasporas of Jonglei with their many NGOs and Contracts organizations who have willing to assist us for the development of our ruined land. 10. He will encourage democratic rule and people’s rights in the state. 11. He will encourage the recovery of Jonglei devastation economic by war and flood in the state. 12.He will promoting the peace and strong relationships with neighboring states of Upper Nile in the North, Central Equatorian in the South and Lake State in the West, Unity in the North west, Eastern Equatoria in the Southeast.

HOW DO I HOPE MR MANYANG WILL BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE:

In 1987, He was encouraged the parents of Bor tribe to let their children went to Ethiopia Panyido and Dimma Refugee camps for further joined education. When Bor town was fall under the SPLA controlled on 17 April,1989, Mr. Manyang was calls the parents and Bor intellectualists and ordered them to opened up the schools under trees and drew the army officers as teachers of New Sudan children, this programmed was resulted with the birth of Polaka, Boronglei and Moli Friend and African Children Education ( FACE)

These seeds of Ethiopian Refugee camps and the above mentioned areas are today come out as the best achievement of brilliant Manyang,s action which is remained the great man of lost boys in diasporas and refugee students in neighboring countries .many children will come back later with advance knowledge’s of western Technology and so on.
