Dear Beloved Citizens of Bor, and Southerners:

 I would like to take this opportunity to escalate my heartbreak of crisis of death in Bor area in South-Sudan. I know 99% of Bor-citizens will believe this letter addressing the conspiracy was made by militia groups against particular citizens of Bor in South-Sudan. In this year statistic eradicate beyond 100 of Bor killed within their living areas, and along the roads in South-Sudan all routers. It is only this year, as this kind of horrific alarmed of shock, fear and death happened in area. As to for tell, in contrast of late 1991-1992, as the dozens of Bor peoples lost lives hundreds of hundreds, and their properties damaged on behalf of (Riek Machar Teny 1991-1992) of false-act. Since, South Sudan Liberation Movement started. Every crime involves wrongful act against Bor Citizens. Since 1991-1992 many people died in Bor and it was caused by Teny, as a victim in high death in his wrongdoer. There is no governmental body whose actions conducted openly, than citizens still suffer in such proceedings in the strictest secrecy. In furtherance of justice work, and upon law grounds of public policy, the law requires that the proceedings of grand to safe every citizens by government. But not civilians who care for own lives, while likely some of them disarmed.

The death of Bor citizens in (2007)

In addressing of this issue happened in short period of time in Bor peculation of attacked within 2007. It was first erupted from “Cuei-Keer (Pariak Abi) along the Nile River Bank in Bor on September 2007. Murle-militias attacked Abi sub-clan (Nyicak-cattle camp mixed up with Palek cattle’s) within a September. After, a week gone, they also attacked another sub-clan called (Nyaar) in Abi of South-Bor. Within that period of time attack, they all lost more than six people, but not including those who killed by Mundari on the road attacked along the Juba road and Bor within this year.

Secondly, attacked details of Murle-militia hostile groups on October/2007 in Bor Biong-sub-clan killed more than 8 people and including of one them killed in the aftermath of tragedy in Baidit County on November/28/07 last month. This is a dishonest of false act attack was exterminated toward citizens of Bor in South-Sudan.

Thirdly, attack by Murle militia groups on November/28/07, was a great tragedy of attacked by Murle-militias in (Baidit). They all include these sub-clans, who lost their beloveds one at recently attacked in Bor. Started from: - Juet-sub-clan 12 people killed and 13 wounded. Angakuei-sub-clan 12 killed and 9 wounded. Abouidit sub-clan 4 wounded, Alian-sub-clan 1 wounded, Pathuyith-sub-clan 1 wounded, Biong sub-clan 1 wounded, and Anok-sub-clan 1 wounded. It is for tells, more than these numbers are wounded and more than these numbers are died. This is not including people who kill on ways, just only people, who killed in their living shields.

These kinds of tragedies death in particular Bor was not far from a sense behind of risk of death of 1991-1992 by up normal Dr. Riek Machar Teny attacked civilians in Bor. This death isn’t far away from principles of legality of “Riek Machar Teny” that was abused a freedom of will in South-Sudan, who turn around and killed Bor civilians. Probable cause of death in Bor is a likely close to death of 1991, which was in history hundreds of hundreds of Bor lost at same time. It is comparatives and reflections designed death in both angles of Bor areas within this year. The Murle civilians haven’t high-minded of carried this intelligent format of killed in both corners of Bor at same time. In addressing of this issue, in the aftermath of tragedy in Bor was a great risk of short period of time death.

In details of Murle attacked in “Cattle Camps at Pagook” November/28/07, was one malicious in the history of Bor death of civilians on behalf of Murle. It is not fruition and gratification for citizens should keep quietly without find the root of matters? What caused and how it ended?

What caused of death in Bor (2007)

Sit down, and rethinks who implement such poor decision of disarmed a particular of Bor Citizens in their living shield, without reaching to other boundaries of the South? It is false decision of hypocrites of terrorizes of killing civilians in Bor without defend them. It is a threaten death caused by ruling administration of GOSS without lured patrol of safe guard. This is a tragic error reflected a lack of truth in the GOSS, who neglect their rules.

Since, people of Bor disarmed insecurity in Borland became displeasure in more than two-years, since the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) signed by the Sudanese in 2005. The Citizens of Bor particularly are suffering every now and than through the enemies of peace. It was annoyed to let a few civilians underwent, while there is no war at this time in country. If the Government of South-Sudan does not takes care of this insecurity in all borders, why not people of Bor take care for themselves from such hostilities killers. It is outlaw less to the GOSS, and the Government of the Jong-Kulei {Bor} of decoded their eyes, and not to care for their own citizens, wherein they think for others to come across, and safe the live of civilians within the State or between the boundaries of state?

It is a wrongful ideologically to hear every single day people are kills on the roads from enemies, who roaming in bushes, and same time looters cattle’s, who always roaming in the bushes. Evenly, before the war ongoing the citizens have not faced such difficulties of lifeless or hateful in every single month in South-Sudan, as people dying simply now than before. So, do we know such chronic cause of death in particular people of Bor in civilians areas or in all routers in South-Sudan roads, like Juba road. Especial Bor main road to Juba road it became as disastrous, as a killing point. Is this problematic blame to who? Alternatively, it is a dispraised from the GoSS or State Governors of the Jong-Kulei {Bor} of their irresponsibility has to say for the citizens.

Why GOSS is quietly, while the civilians dying in every single day? However, there are authorities that can put the security, whenever it needed. Since, we heard that a people of Bor were disarmed, while the others are not. The government needs to implement security in every corner of the roads, and around the community to protect the children, women and men, if is a good idea to disarm the rest of the communities? If such kind of disarm is a nice decision in the Government, and isn’t poor decision that implemented at this time. Since, even we all know that the Bor was a battlefield of war, instead to allow them to keep their own materials to protect themselves from enemies of peace. Therefore, we cannot rush like that and disarming them, while place it so-called a main score of the matters of the wars in Sudan.

We don’t think there is a lawful saying that you can disarm the others and leave the others with open hands materials? Even, if in civilizing worlds you have rightful to carry your own material with license to protect yourself. Nevertheless, the GoSS haven’t reached such procedures to handle the cases, and left some without disarmed. I don’t think is a good decision from the government, who made such, worsens decisions to disarm the rest and leave some without. If, is a truly decision they should leave them to stay with their material weapons until, everything is clear off, like referendum to succeeds in (20011). Because, no one knows we will be back to war at anytime or any-zero hours, if our boundaries of peace doesn’t implementing by Unity Government of Sudan (UGOS) in 20011. Therefore, it is not enthusiasm thing to disarm civilians, while we’re not reaching a great of “melting point of struggling.” Now it’s came true people, you disarmed are dying, while government fall to disarm, and arrests.

Why? The civilians are dying; even the war is end off in two-years from now? It is really dismay, why not the government of Southern doesn’t settle such randomly death from people, and put security within the communities, who have a problematic behind the death. It doesn’t make sensible that if you are on the charge and nothing involve to solving the inner cases between the communities around you. Then the government still in danger, if civilian dies in every now and than without solves cases. We think we’re not living in land without leaders, who should think and control this issue in term of Government Issues and rule of laws.

What is so-wrongly with “Murlee” still attacking other at home, and even on the ways? Is that a good idea to keep silent without talk? It seemingly like another war within the communities, if there is not unification, so far in such violation of killing. In addition, to why people aiming toward settle communities in way to disarm them, while the unknown location communities aren’t, even disarmed. There are no laws ratifying things like that to disarm others and leave others with out disarmed. However, the true is to keep materials, as a better way, because we have along river to across ahead of us.

This is so-called outlaw, and harmful toward Bor citizens to disarmed in the Southern at moment, and some local communities aren’t disarmed? If the governors failed or not failed to do a job, so we would like to hear from them. There are so many looters roaming in the bushes attacking civilian’s everyday, but there are no main places to get them. We heard in every week in Bor civilians are killed, on main road from Bor to Juba was block recently. Because there are hostile groups, who hiding in the bush and stopping the cars, call people out, and kill them. That is totally wrongful, and immorality to hear everyday people are kills in their living shield. If we looking for peace my dear Southerners for our next generations in Sudan.

Whom the Citizens of Bor blame much?

The citizens of Bor and other communities dislike this kind of false act killing against civilians in Bor everyday. The blaming is hanging on Governors of Jong-Kulei and GOSS in their disloyal workless. The bodies of Government have rules in way to prosecute criminals on behalf of society, but not civilians who can looks for themselves. This is a kind of excusable of killing is a part of abusing power in other part in Government of South-Sudan. When, it is time of getting a chance of freedom things like “failure of Dr. Riek Machar Teny” happen like (1991). It was happened like SPLA/M almost closely to capture Juba, and then Mr. Riek Machar withdrawal from armies, while war was requited by Late Dr. Garang to eliminate the forces of NIF in city of South. The dissembler of GOSS, since beginning of this year was a totally wrongful of disarmed only one community, and there is no disinterestedness of help from them.

Whom the Citizens of Bor blame much? Mr. Governor Thon Leek Deng who is ruling Governor in Jong-Kulei State. He is founded highly guilty of lack of leadership within three years in State of Jong-Kule- State. To approve right or wrong: Firstly Thon Leek Deng reacts negatively and jails the elders of Abi (Cuei-Keer) in South-Bor, and places them in jail for no reason, while community protect themselves from hostility attackers on way to Juba. Secondly, Thon Leek accepted an alarmed arrogant decision of Riek Machar Teny said that people of “Jong-Kulei” must be disarmed, and he does so. Thirdly, Thon leek keeps all the criminals in jail without solves problems. Fourthly, Thon Leek isn’t response quickly about oil case in Borland that was planed to drill in wrong time, and environment isn’t safe for civilians in term of health. He is a just response lately in March/10/07, while most of citizens in exile against oil drill at this time in Borland. “Oil in Borland there isn’t link of negotiate with, whoever need to drill at this time.”

There are factors we’re denials of drilling of oil at this time it cause danger to people and animals, which live closely to the area. (1). It exhausted the soil if isn’t care it well. (2) It causes death to people, who alive closest to area. (3). It seems it benefit to outsiders, but is risk to people who live closest citizens. (4). It isn’t time to allow the outsiders to drills oil in Bor, while enjoinments is lacking in place. (5). It is a great danger of causing death and lung cancer to people, if there is a lack of development in area. (I’m not scientist in that area)

Besides, that Mr. Governor Thon Leek Deng have limited of military format in SPLA/M. He was working with some NGO’s during a war time like (NPA) between Uganda and Kenya. He might be, have lacking of rules in position of governing at this critical moment in Jong-Kulei. These problems are challenging under a leadership of Thon Leek Deng in Jong-Kulei State to serve their civilians without being killed and secure ways from hostility-groups. Most of citizens of Bor are furious about ongoing death of children, women, and men in every week. Hear always people are killed on ways in every single day, how do we call this disastrous within the state? Maybe, we called the lack moral enforcements or the less intelligence in our state governors? On the other hand, how do we address these kinds of death of our civilians in every now and than?

How GOSS React of death of Civilians in Bor?

This is a tragic error that indicated a lack of ruling administrative of Kiir Mayardit in GOSS came out with poor decision of disarmed Bor and leave other without disarmed. That is an advocacy unlawful misconduct by GOSS without fulfils their promised in the whole South-Sudan at large, and it end up in Bor. While, we’re knows that Bor is score of era “there is no need to disarm first, while a war exists in Sudan?” It is really false statement by GOSS to implemented a poor decision of disarms civilians without protect them, and they all respected the laws in country to layout their material weapons to Government. It doesn’t reflect obscenity of law and it turn against right of other side, and one side suffers. It is a probable cause of evidence of Kiir Administrative without fulfills to disarm rest of States in South-Sudan. We’re not here by blaming Mr. Kiir Mayardit Administrations, because of half work done in one community. As I know there is no rules implemented by the bodies of Government without a signed by President.

However, its came to our minds that, it is time for self-importance, as every community you can care for your own “Janjaweed or Meram”, as likely people of Turalei, Wurook, Aweng and Pan-Nyok in Gogrial (Warab State). As is also, Aweil-Community knows about “Meram or Janjaweed militias”, as likely close to Murlee those are hosted by Government of Khartoum. That isn’t a big deal people of Great Bor are already addicted in such helical of Murles in more than hundred years fighting with them. This spiteful of attack has connected with “radical regime government” run by North, and hearts fall less in South, who support ideologically of Bashir to destroy the vision of South. So, lets us not be hiding of what happens in one side likely “Meram or Janjaweed militias or Murlee those are hosted by “Northern Regime Government.” The enemy doesn’t come direct; some time its come indirectly. Unless people visionaries can recognizes how they look like.

In above all, in criminal cases, the government should have responsibilities, and deal with violation of criminal activities in Country. In addressing of this issue is a really controversial of big problem without government of South-Sudan response or remarks anything good to people, who lost their beloveds one. I’m totally discourages by GOSS, and Government under Mr. Thon Leek who misdealt for this criminals killers who killed innocent in their shields. We deeply blaming government of South, and, we rest our condolences to our relatives, who lost beloved one from hateful killers in Bor this year……,…20007.
