Dear Bor brothers and sisters right across the globe I am writing this letter with despair in me and I would like to hear your comments on this issue, because the (CPA) that was signed in the year 2005 was to be enjoyed by every Sudanese, and our innocent civilian are being targeted by Murle militia all these Months there is that huge killing going on and children abduction in Bor area and Government of Southern Sudan GOSS is not taking any procedure of controlling this act. Alright if Goss kept quiet how about the Governor, Commissioner and other big positions at Bor area? What are their views in that? Don't you know if Murle finish those civilian it will turn to you?

Therefore, my message to Governor as a concern Bor citizen, there is no point of waiting any green light from anybody they always said in English "if you want peace prepare for the war" the same thing will happen if Murle issue is handled with much commitment from individual Bor citizen right now than later, the few that escaped from the jaw of brutal Bashire and Taha regime in the last 22 years will not be left to Murle militia to finish them when are people are waiting orders from above, those orders will never come and if that is the case, who will you govern as a Governor when your human resources are all killed?
